TERMS AND CONDITIONS STI
PAY PRIMARY Level STI
Primary level (Rs.720 per day, Maximum Rs:18000/. Monthly Stipend will be paid as per following criteria. (Monthly Stipend+ Total No. of days In that month x No. of days the STI has performed duties)
PAY Elementary Level STI
Elementary level (Rs.800 per day) Maximum Rs: 20000/- Monthly Stipend will be paid as per following criteria: (Monthly Stipend+ Total No.. days In that month x No. of days the STI has perform. duties)
Placement shall be purely temporary .r one academic session (maximum 9 months or less). In case an Internee resigns or is not willing to join, the next .r..31 candidate in the merit list shall be given an opportunity to serve as Internee Internship for the remaining period with the criteria.
PAY Secondary Level STI
Primary level (Rs.1000 per day, Maximum Rs:25000/. Monthly Stipend will be paid as per following criteria. (Monthly Stipend +Total No. of days In that month x No. of days the STI has performed duties)
Other Terms and conditions of Primary, Elementary & Secondary School Teacher Interns
Duration / Term of Internship
Placement shall be purely temporary for one academic session (maximum 9 months or less). In case an Internee resigns or is not willing to join, the next candidate in the merit list shall be given an opportunity to serve as Internee for the remaining period with the criteria.
Domicile
Candidates resident of same Village/Panchayat Council (defunct Union Council) where school exist are eligible to apply for School Teacher Interns, candidates residents out of Village/Panchayat Council are not eligible to apply.
Leave
Two casual leaves per month
TA/DA
No TA/DA is admissible
Transfer
The placement shall be non transferable. It is school specific only.
Placement through fake/bogus Document
If at any stage, it Is discovered that the placement on the basis of forged/bogus document or through deceit by any means, the placement shall be considered void ab-initio.
And the candidate shall be liable to refund all amount received from the Government as a consequence of his/her placement In addition to such other action as may be taken against him/her under the law.
Joining Period
7 days shall/will be Joining time to start Internship after selection.
NO right of regular Appointment
Placement shall not confer right of regular placement nor shall such placement be regularized under any circumstances.
The interns shall be entitled for one time internship . Extension or second internship is not permissible.
Experience Certificate
An experience certificate to the candidate after successful completion of his/her tenure will be issued provided he/she meet the other criteria.
Termination of internship on Performance Base
The duration of Internship is subject to terminate by the School Council Recruitment Committee on the following grounds:
(I) Misconduct
(II) Willful absence from duty for 30 days or more.
(III) Financial embezzlement
(IV) In-efficiency and non deity, of quality education to the students.
V) Unsuccessful to complete training.
(VI) If degree(s) / certificate (s) are found bogus. On one Month Notice or Payment of One Month Salary in lieu thereof by either side without assigning any reason.
