Government of the Punjab has launched School Teacher Interns Program (in six phases). It is on the pattern of Higher Education Department. Its aim is to cope with the emerging needs of the students; and to overcome the shortage of teaching staff in the schools of the Province Punjab as the number of posts of teachers in all over the Punjab are lying vacant and could not be filled through direct recruitment and promotion due to various reasons. The broad goal of STI is that the intern will have the best possible introduction to the teaching field. These teaching interns will gain knowledge about the community in which he or she is seeking career. حکومت پنجاب کے محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن نے طلباء کی بڑھتی ہوئی ضروریات سے نمٹنے. اور پرائمری سکول سے سکولوں میں اساتذہ کی خالی آسامیوں کو پر کرنے کے لیے محکمہ اعلیٰ تعلیم کی طرز پر سکول ٹیچر انٹرنز کا پروگرام شروع کیا ہے۔

ہائیر سیکنڈری اسکول کی سطح تک۔ اسکول ٹیچر انٹرنز یا ایس ٹی آئی کی ملازمتوں کا بنیادی مقصد ایسے لوگوں کو موقع فراہم کرنا ہے جو تدریس کے شعبے میں اپنے کیریئر کی تلاش میں ہیں اور ایس ٹی آئی کے اس طریقے سے انہیں اس شعبے میں اپنی صلاحیتوں کو پریکٹس کرنے اور بہتر بنانے کا موقع ملے گا۔

تعلیم کے. سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ پنجاب پاکستان نے سکول ٹیچر انٹرنز یا STIs کے لیے بھرتی کی پالیسی 2021-2022 جاری کر دی ہے۔ ایس ٹی آئی یا سکول ٹیچر انٹرنز کی بھرتی خالص کنٹریکٹ کی بنیاد پر کی جائے گی اور یہ بھرتی 6 مرحلوں میں کی جائے گی۔ ایس ٹی آئی کا کام محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن پنجاب پاکستان میں اساتذہ کی خالی آسامیوں کو پورا کرنا ہے۔
