Schools will open with staggered approach| MURAD RAS

All Public & Private Schools of Punjab to open on August 2nd, 2021. Schools will open with staggered approach. 50% students in all classes on any given day. Details are in the attached Notification. Please follow COVID SOPs as issued by the Government.

DETAIL

All Public & Private Educational Institutions/Schools in Punjab shall be reopened w.e.f 02-08-2021 after summer vacations. All the concerned authorities/principals/head teachers shall ensure the observance and compliance of Covid-19 SOPs in letter and spirit. However classes will be held on staggered approach having 50% attendance each day with the following school timings:

Monday to Saturday 07:30 am to 12:30 pm (Boys Schools) w.e.f. 02-08-2021 to 15 10-2021

Monday to Saturday (Girls Schools) 07:45 am to 12:45 pm w.e.f. 02-08-2021 to 15 10-2021

Monday to Saturday 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm (Insaf Afternoon schools) w.e.f. 02-08-2021 to 15 10-2021

Note: School timing for Tehsil Murree and Kotli Sattyan of District Rawalpindi (Hilly Areas) shall be notified by concerned DEA.

WHAT IS MEANT BY STAGGERED APROACH ATTENDANCE?

It mean 50% of total strength will attend school, the purpose is to keep 3 feet at least distance among students. If in a certain class strength is not too much or teachers can maintain distance then all students can be called to school.
