FESCO provides a share of electricity to about 4620000 users within its service territory with a population of over 26 million under a Distribution License granted by National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) pursuant to the Regulation of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Power Act, 1997 (NEPRA Act). Geographical service area of FESCO comprises Faisalabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab,  Jhang, Bhakkar, T.T Singh and Chiniot districts.

    Sir, Since 3 days, I am trying to register my ID & my electricity bill Ref. # but never connected to the website provided, so yesterday I sent my following info by SMS. I am a filer & can be checked through my ID. Last month I received my bill late so I paid quickly to avoid penalty & this month when I checked my bill I found income tax was charged in this bill & previous bill also. Yesterday I contacted FESCO Sargodha but in vain & they advised me to pay the bill & registered on line & refused to resolve the issue which is very strange. Today is the last date to deposit the bill amount otherwise penalty will be imposed so there is no way left to get relief from exemption of income tax.
    Please look into the matter & it is requested to adjust income tax deducted amount of this bill & previous bill in forthcoming bill.
