To ENSURE GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING ACTIVITIES FOR PREVENTION & CONTROL OF DENGUE FEVER
General Housekeeping Activities regarding ANTI DENGUE SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures) & Dengue Prevention & Control of Dengue 2020:
1. Environment must be kept neat and clean to achieve ANTI DENGUE SOPS.
ماحول کو صاف ستھرا رکھا جانا چاہیے۔
2. Water storage utensils such as buckets, Iota, drums, tanks etc must be covered for availing ANTI DENGUE SOPS.
پانی ذخیرہ کرنے کے برتن جیسے بالٹیاں، لوٹا، ڈرم، ٹینک وغیرہ کو ڈھانپنا ضروری ہے۔
3. Chemical larvicide, Perifocal Residual Spray (PRS), Indoor Residual Spray (IRS) and fogging in offices and houses will be done when recommended by respective Entomologist/ DDHO after approval from TWG. The IRS activity will be done under supervision of government trained staff.
کیمیکل لاروا کش،سپرے، اندرونی بقایا سپرے اور دفاتر اور گھروں میں فوگنگ متعلقہ اینٹمالوجسٹ کی طرف سے تجویز کیے جانے پر کی جائے گی۔ آئی آر ایس کی سرگرمی سرکاری تربیت یافتہ عملے کی نگرانی میں کی جائے گی۔
4. Removal of stagnant water from the ditches, manhole covers and all other possible locations.
گڑھے، مین ہول کے ڈھکن اور دیگر تمام ممکنہ مقامات سے ٹھہرے ہوئے پانی کو ہٹانا۔
5. Room coolers must be kept dry when not in use.
استعمال میں نہ ہونے پر کمرے کے کولر کو خشک رکھنا چاہیے۔
6. Water from air conditioners must be dried regularly.
ایئر کنڈیشنر سے پانی کو باقاعدگی سے خشک ہونا چاہیے۔
7. Water collected in trays under the refrigerators must clean at least once a week.
ریفریجریٹرز کے نیچے ٹرے میں جمع پانی کو ہفتے میں کم از کم ایک بار صاف کرنا چاہیے۔
8. Rainwater must not accumulate anywhere in the premises.
بارش کا پانی احاطے میں کہیں بھی جمع نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
9. Removal of garbage and water from all the premises.
تمام احاطے سے کوڑا کرکٹ اور پانی کو ہٹانا۔
10. Roof tops must be cleared of stagnant water after every rain fall.
ہر بارش کے بعد چھتوں کو ٹھہرے ہوئے پانی سے صاف کرنا چاہیے۔
11. Discarded tires must be disposed after shredding.
ضائع شدہ ٹائروں کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرنے کے بعد ضائع کرنا ضروری ہے۔
12. Leaking water faucets, pipes and drains must be repaired regularly whether outside or inside the bathrooms, kitchens, and other parts of the premises.
ٹپکنے والے پانی کے نل، پائپ اور نالوں کی باقاعدگی سے مرمت کی جانی چاہیے چاہے وہ باتھ روم، کچن، اور احاطے کے دیگر حصوں سے باہر ہو یا اندر۔
13. Flowerpots and such other places which can accumulate water must be cleaned at least once a week.
گلدان اور ایسی دوسری جگہیں جہاں پانی جمع ہو سکتا ہے ہفتے میں کم از کم ایک بار ضرور صاف کرنا چاہیے۔
14. Awareness walks by the officers/officials of the department to be arranged as and when advised by the Provincial Government.
محکمہ کے افسران/اہلکاروں کی جانب سے آگاہی واک کا اہتمام صوبائی حکومت کے مشورے کے مطابق کیا جائے۔
15. Arrangement of seminars as and when advised by the Provincial Government.
صوبائی حکومت کے مشورے کے مطابق سیمینارز کا اہتمام۔
16. Cleanliness of the offices on daily basis as a policy matter.
ایک پالیسی معاملے کے طور پر روزانہ کی بنیاد پر دفاتر کی صفائی۔
17.Surprise visits of the offices will be conducted by the nominated officers of the same Department.
دفاتر کے اچانک دورے اسی محکمہ کے نامزد افسران کریں گے۔
18. Fountains and other permanent water bodies in the offices must be stocked with appropriate larvivores fish in collaboration with fisheries department or larvicidal drugs.
دفاتر میں فوارے اور دیگر مستقل آبی ذخائر میں محکمہ ماہی پروری یا لاروا کش ادویات کے ساتھ مل کر مناسب لاروا خور مچھلیوں کا ذخیرہ کیا جانا چاہیے
19. Pamphlets containing precautionary measures may be distributed to the staff and public.
احتیاطی تدابیر پر مشتمل پمفلٹ عملے اور عوام میں تقسیم کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
20.To educate public, banners may be displayed at conspicuous places of office premises when advised by Provincial Government.
عوام کو آگاہ کرنے کے لیے، صوبائی حکومت کے مشورے پر دفتر کے احاطے کے نمایاں مقامات پر بینرز آویزاں کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
21. Building material & debris are to be properly disposed of.
عمارت کے سامان اور ملبے کو مناسب طریقے سے ٹھکانے لگایا جانا چاہیے۔
22.Sewerage system must be kept in order and running with the help of local Municipal Authorities.
سیوریج کے نظام کو مقامی میونسپل اتھارٹیز کی مدد سے منظم اور چلایا جانا چاہیے۔
23. Regular vector surveillance of the premises and reporting of positive sites to the concerned authorities/ CEO (DHA) is mandatory.
احاطے کی باقاعدہ ویکٹر نگرانی اور متعلقہ حکام/سی ای او (ڈسٹرکٹ ہیلتھ اٹھارٹی) کو مثبت مقامات کی اطلاع دینا لازمی ہے۔
